تتحمل شركة التضامن النفقات والمصاريف التي تكبدها الشخص المفوض بادارة الشركة في
سياق قيامه بتسيير أعمالها ، او
بسبب ما تحمله من خسارة او ضرر بسبب قيامه باي عمل لمصلحة الشركة او لحماية اموالها
وحقوقها ، ولو لم يحصل على موافقة
الشركاء المسبقة على ذلك.
