Article text
أ- تتبع اجراءات الموافقة والتسجيل والنشر المقررة بمقتضى هذا القانون لتسجل الشركة
الدامجة أو الناتجة عن الاندماج
وشطب تسجيل الشركات المندمجة.
ب- يعلن المراقب في الجريدة الرسمية وفي صحيفتين يوميتين محليتين لمرتين متتاليتين
موجزاً عن عقد اندماج ونتائج إعادة
التقدير والميزانية الافتتاحية للشركة الدامجة أو الناتجة عن الاندماج وعلى نفقة الشركة.
