Article text
أ- تلتزم شركة التضامن باي عمل قام به اي شخص مفوض بادارتها او القيام بذلك العمل وبأي
مستند وقعه باسم الشركة سواء
كان شريكاً في الشركة او لم يكن.
ب- يعتبر الشخص المفوض بادارة شؤون الشركة مخولاً بالمخاصمة باسم الشركة ،الا اذا نص
عقد الشركة على غير ذلك.
