Article 254 of Companies Law No. 22 of 1997
Article text
أ- تتوقف الشركة التي تقرر تصفيتها عن ممارسة أعمالها من تاريخ صدور قرار الهيئة العامة في
حالة التصفية الاختيارية ومن تاريخ صدور قرار المحكمة في حالة التصفية الاجبارية وتستمر
الشخصية الاعتبارية للشركة ويمثلها المصفي لحين فسخها بعد الانتهاء من تصفيتها.
ب- على الجهة التي قررت تصفية الشركة تزويد المراقب والهيئة و السوق المالي والمركز بنسخة
من قراراها خلال ثلاثة أيام من صدوره وعلى المراقب نشره في الجريدة الرسمية وفي صحيفتين يوميتين
محليتين على الأقل خلال مدة لا تزيد على سبعة أيام من تاريخ تبلغه للقرار.
ج- على المصفي إضافة عبارة ( تحت التصفية ) إلى اسم الشركة في جميع أوراقها ومراسلاتها.
