Article 260 of Companies Law No. 22 of 1997
Article text
أ- تعين الهيئة العامة للشركة المساهمة العامة عند اصدار قرارها بتصفية الشركة مصفيا أو
أكثر وإذا لم تعين المصفي
يتولى المراقب تعيينه وتحديد أتعابه.
ب- تبدأ اجراءات تصفية الشركة من تاريخ صدور قرار الهيئة العامة بذلك أو من تاريخ تعيين
المصفي إذا تم تعيينه بعد
صدور قرار التصفية.
