الباب الرابع عشر
الرقابة على الشركات
يترتب على جميع الشركات التقيد بأحكام هذا القانون ومراعاة عقود تأسيسها وأنظمتها
الأساسية ونشرة الإصدار وتطبيق القرارات
التي تتخذها هيئاتها العامة وللوزير والمراقب اتخاذ الاجراءات التي يريانها مناسبة لمراقبة
الشركات للتحقق من تقيدها
بتلك الأحكام والعقود والأنظمة والقرارات وتشمل الرقابة بشكل خاص ما يلي:
أ- فحص حسابات الشركة وقيودها.
ب- التـأكد من التزام الشركة بالغايات التي أسست من أجلها.
