كل مخالفة لأي حكم من أحكام هذا القانون أو أي نظام أو أمر صادر بمقتضاه لم ينص القانون
على عقوبة خاصة لها ، يعاقب
مرتكبها بغرامة لا تقل عن مائة دينار و لا تزيد على ألف دينار.
