يجوز قبول شريك متضامن جديد في شركة التوصية البسيطة بموافقة جميع الشركاء
المتضامنين فيها او أكثريتهم اذا أجاز عقد
الشركة ذلك ولا تشترط موافقة الشركاء الموصين على ذلك.
