يعتبر مدير الشركة ذات المسؤولية المحدودة ، سواء كان مديراً منفرداً لها او أحد أعضاء هيئة
المديرين فيها ، مسؤولاً
تجاه الشركة والشركاء فيها والغير ، عن ارتكابه اي مخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون و الأنظمة
الصادرة بموجبه ، ولعقد تأسيس
الشركة ونظامها والقرارات الصادرة عن هيئاتها العامة او هيئة المديرين.
