Article 85 of Companies Law No. 22 of 1997
Article text
أ - تلتزم الشركة بما يلي:-
1 - أن لا يكون لها استثمار في الأوراق المالية للشركات المساهمة العامة أو أي نوع من الشركات المدرجة
. أسهمها في السوق المالي
2 ( - أن لا تزيد نسبة مساهمتها على 20 ) من رأس مالها الملتزم به في أي من الشركات المستثمر بها . %
3 ( - أن لا تزيد ملكيتها في أي من الشركات المستثمر بها على 51 ) من رأسمال تلك الشركات خلال فترة %
. الاثني عشر شهراً التي تلي استثمارها بها
ب- يجوز للشركة الاحتفاظ بالأوراق المالية للشركة المستثمر فيها اذا اصبحت مدرجة في السوق المالي.
