المادة 15 -
أ- يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن الف دينار ولا تزيد على عشرة الاف دينار وبالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ثلاثة
اشهر ولا تزيد على
سنة او باحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من:-
1 ( - خالف احكام البند 4 ) ( من الفقرة ) أ( من المادة 12 ) من هذا القانون.
2 ( - خالف احكام البند 5 ) ( من الفقرة )أ( من المادة 12 ) من هذا القانون بادارة الخطة المشار اليها
فيه او بتنظيمها
او بالترويج لها ، ويحكم عليه برد ما حصل عليه من اموال تبعاً لذلك.
ب- يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسين ديناراً ولا تزيد على مائتي دينار كل من شارك في خطة مما
هو منصوص عليه في البند
( 5 ) ( من الفقرة )أ( من المادة 12 ) ويحكم عليه برد ما حصل عليه من اموال ضمن الخطة.
ج- ينشر لاطلاع ذوي المصلحة الاحكام الصادرة بمقتضى الفقرتين (أ ، ب ) من هذه المادة في
الصحف المحلية على نفقة المحكوم
عليه.
