المادة 30 :
يحق للمستثمر غير الأردني إخراج رأس المال الأجنبي الذي أدخله الى المملكة للاستثمار فيها وفق
أحكام هذا القانون أو
أي تشريع سابق عليه وما جناه في إستثماره من عوائد وأرباح وحصيلة تصفية استثماره أو بيع
مشروعه أو حصته أو اسهمه دون
تأخير وبعملة قابلة للتحويل.
