المادة 38 :
يلغي كل من:
( أ- قانون تشجيع الاستثمار رقم 11 ) لسنة 1987 وتعديلاته والأنظمة الصادرة بموجبه.
( ب- قانون تنظيم الاستثمارات العربية والأجنبية رقم 27 ) لسنة 1992 والأنظمة الصادرة بموجبه.
