Article text
المادة 5 -
تعني عبارة رأس المال الأجنبي المستثمر لأغراض هذا القانون ما يستثمره غير الأردني من أموال
نقدية أو عينية أو حقوق
لها قيمة مالية في المملكة، بما في ذلك ما يلي:-
أ- النقد المحول الى المملكة عن طريق البنوك والشركات المالية المرخصة المستثمر لغايات
هذا القانون.
ب- الموجودات العينية المستوردة مدفوعة التكاليف من خارج المملكة.
ج- الأرباح والعوائد والإحتياطات الناجمة عن استثمار رأس مال أجنببي في المشروع اذا تم زيادة
رأسمال هذا المشروع
أو اذا استثمر في مشروع منصوص عليه في هذا القانون.
د- الحقوق المعنوية كالتراخيص وبراءات الإختراع والعلامات والأسماء التجارية المسجلة في
المملكة.
