Chambers of Commerce Law — Temporary Law No. 70 of 2003
Article text
يشترط في عضو المجلس ما يلي:-
أ- أن يكون أردني الجنسية.
ب- أن يكون مسدداً للرسوم والاشتراكات المترتبة عليه للغرفة التجارية التي ينتسب إليها.
ج- أن يكون رئيساً لمجلس إدارة مؤسسة تجارية عضواً في الهيئة العامة لاي غرفة تجارية أو رئيساً
لهيئة مديري تلك
المؤسسة أو احد مالكيها أو عضواً في مجلس إدارتها أو هيئة مديريها.
د- أن لا يكون محكوماً عليه بجناية أو بجنحة مخلة بالشرف والأخلاق أو محكوماً عليه بالإفلاس
مالم يكن قد رد إليه اعتباره.
