تطبق على الغرفة التجارية الاحكام المتعلقة بالغرفة المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون
والمبينة تالياً:-
أ- شروط عضوية المجلس وشغورها.
ب- فقد المجلس لنصابه القانوني او حله 0
ج- اجتماعات المجلس.
د- اجتماعات الهيئة العامة.
هـ- بدء السنة المالية وانتهائها.
