أ- الوزير آمر الصرف من الحساب وهو مسؤول عن التحقق من إدارة الحساب وموجوداته النقدية
وفق احكام هذا النظام.
ب-لا يجوز صرف أي نفقات من الحساب الا بقرار من الوزير بناء على تنسيب مشترك من الامين
العام والمدير المختص بما في
ذلك ثمن الأجهزة والمعدات الخاصة بالحساب وتكاليف صيانتها.
