( تطبق احكام النظام المالي رقم 3 ) لسنة 1994 وتعديلاته والتعليمات التطبيقية الصادرة
بمقتضاه واي من التشريعات الاخرى
المعمول بها على الحالات التي لم يرد نص عليها في احكام هذا النظام وتحقيقا لذلك يمارس
الوزير صلاحيات كل من الوزير
والوزير المختص حيثما وردت في تلك الأنظمة.
