تعتمد الوزارة في تنظيم الحساب الاصول المحاسبية المتعارف عليها ولهذه الغاية تقوم بما
يلي:-
أ- مسك الدفاتر التجارية والاحتفاظ بالسجلات اللازمة.
ب- اعتماد الجرد الفعلي اساساً لتحديد الموجودات المتداولة وتقدير قيمة المواد حسب سعر
السوق عند الجرد او سعر
الكلفة ايهما اقل.
ج- اعداد الحسابات الختامية للحساب على اساس هذه الأصول.
