أ- يكون للكلمات والعبارات التالية حيثما وردت في هذا النظام المعاني المخصصة لها أدناه، ما
لم تدل القرينة على غير ذلك:-
القانون : قانون تنظيم أعمال التأمين.
البنك
: البنك المركزي الأردني.
المركزي
المحافظ : محافظ البنك المركزي.
الاتحاد : الاتحاد الأردني لشركات التأمين .
مجلس
: مجلس إدارة الاتحاد.
الإدارة
الرئيس : رئيس مجلس الإدارة.
الرئيس
: الرئيس التنفيذي للاتحاد.
التنفيذي
أي شركة تأمين أردنية أو فرع لشركة
تأمين أجنبية في المملكة أو شركة
إعادة تأمين أردنية
العضو :
أو فرع لشركة إعادة تأمين أجنبية في
المملكة حاصلة على ترخيص لممارسة
أعمال التأمين بموجب أحكام القانون.
ب- تعتمد التعاريف الواردة في القانون حيثما ورد النص عليها في هذا النظام ما لم تدل القرينة
على غير ذلك.
