أ-يتولى الرئيس الدعوة لاجتماع الجمعية العمومية العادي وغير العادي وتبليغ الأعضاء به قبل
( 15 ) يوماً على الأقل من الموعد المقرر لعقد الاجتماع.
ب- يجب أن تتضمن الدعوة لاجتماع الجمعية العمومية العادي وغير العادي مكان الاجتماع
وزمانه وجدول أعمال الاجتماع.
ج- على الرئيس وتحت طائلة بطلان اجتماع الجمعية العمومية العادي وغير العادي، دعوة
( المحافظ لحضور الاجتماع قبل مدة لا تقل عن 15 ) يوماً من تاريخ انعقاده، وللمحافظ أن يكلف أياً
من موظفي البنك المركزي لحضور الاجتماع.
د- يتولى موظف البنك المركزي الذي يسميه المحافظ الإشراف على سير الإجراءات الخاصة
بعقد اجتماع الجمعية العمومية العادي وغير العادي.
