Article text
أ - تشكل لجنة فنية برئاسة امين عام الهيئة وعضوية كل من:-
1 - مدير التسهيلات والحوافز في الهيئة نائبا للرئيس .
2 . - مدير النافذة الاستثمارية في الهيئة
3 . - ممثل عن وزارة الصناعة والتجارة والتموين يسميه وزيرها
4 . - ممثل عن دائرة الجمارك يسميه مديرها العام
5 . - ممثل عن دائرة ضريبة الدخل والمبيعات يسميه مديرها العام
6 . - ممثل عن غرفة تجارة الأردن يسميه رئيسها
7 . - ممثل عن غرفة صناعة الأردن يسميه رئيسها
ب- تجتمع اللجنة بدعوة من رئيسها او نائبه عند غيابه مرة على الاقل كل شهر وكلما دعت
الحاجة ويكون اجتماعها قانونيا بحضور اغلبية اعضائها على ان يكون من بينهم الرئيس او نائبه
عند غيابه وتتخذ قراراتها بأغلبية اصوات اعضائها وفي حال تساوي الاصوات يرجح الجانب الذي
صوت معه رئيس اللجنة .
ج- يسمي الرئيس احد موظفي الهيئة امينا لسر اللجنة يتولى اعداد جداول اعمالها وتدوين
محاضر اجتماعاتها وحفظ قيودها وسجلاتها ومتابعة تنفيذ قراراتها.
د- لرئيس اللجنة الفنية الاستعانة بشخص أو أكثر من ذوي الخبرة والاختصاص لتقديم المشورة
الفنية في الأمور المعروضة عليها دون أن يكون لهم حق التصويت على قراراتها .
