يجب ان يقترن اسم الشركة المعفاة بعبارة ( شركة معفاة ) ، وان يدرج اسمها ورقم تسجيلها
وعنوانها في جميع الاوراق والمطبوعات التي تستخدمها في اعمالها وفي العقود التي تبرمها
بما في ذلك شهادات ملكية الاسهم او الحصص التي تصدر عنها .
