تلتزم الشركة المعفاة عند الموافقة على تسجيلها بتقديم كفالة بنكية سنوية غير مشروطة
باسم المراقب تجدد تلقائيا لتغطية التزاماتها تجاه الدائرة وبنسبة من رأسمالها تحدد بمقتضى
تعليمات يصدرها الوزير لهذه الغاية .
