Money Exchange Companies Licensing Regulation No. 39 of 2021

أ- تلتزم الشركات المرخصة قبل نفاذ أحكام هذا النظام المعدل بتوفيق أوضاعها وفقاً
( للمتطلبات المنصوص عليها في المادتين 4 ) ( و 6 ) من هذا النظام وذلك قبل تاريخ 2028/1/1 .
ب- في حال لم تقم الشركة بالتقدم للبنك بما يثبت قيامها بتوفيق أوضاعها وفقا لأحكام
الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة، فيعتبر الترخيص الممنوح للشركة ملغى حكما، وتطبق على الشركة
( أحكام المادة 28 ) من قانون أعمال الصرافة.
