للوزير بناءً على تنسيب اللجنة مخاطبة الجهات المختصة لاتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمة وفقا لأحكام
التشريعات المعمول بها لديها لحظر أي نشاط يمارسه أي شخص طبيعي أو معنوي لتسهيل
القيام بأعمال الوساطة لتشغيل الأردنيين داخل المملكة أو خارجها باستخدام أنظمة
المعلومات أو الشبكة المعلوماتية أو أي وسيلة نشر أو إعلام أو إنشاء موقع إلكتروني لهذه
( الغاية أو بأي وسيلة أخرى خلافاً لأحكام المادة 11 ) من القانون.
