أ- يجوز للمؤسسة المسجلة لغايات تسويق منتجاتها إنشاء صالة بيع مباشر لمنتجاتها في
موقعها المرخص داخل المنطقة التنموية شريطة ما يلي: -
1 - تنظيم بيان جمركي بالمنتجات غير أردنية المنشأ والمنتجات الخاضعة للضريبة الخاصة
واستيفاء الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب الأخرى والضريبة العامة والضريبة الخاصة على المبيعات
وفق احكام التشريعات ذات العلاقة وقبل إدخالها الى صالة البيع.
2 - البيع بموجب فواتير ضريبية للمنتج.
ب- تصدر الوزارة وبالتنسيق مع دائرة الجمارك التعليمات اللازمة لضبط عمليات البيع المباشر في
المنطقة التنموية على أن يتم نشرها في الجريدة الرسمية.
