أ- للمطور الرئيسي السماح بإيداع البضاعة داخل المنطقة الحرة بعد معاينتها من المركز
الجمركي.
ب-تودع البضائع بموجب طلب إيداع تحدد شروطه وبياناته بموجب تعليمات يصدرها الوزير
بالتنسيق مع دائرة الجمارك.
- ج 1 - يقوم المودع بفرز البضائع حسب نوع الطرود وعددها وأوزانها ومحتوياتها وتصنيفها وفق
التعريفة الجمركية قبل تسجيلها وتسليمها للمطور الرئيسي.
2 - ( إذا لم يتم فرز البضائع خلال 5 ) أيام عمل من دخولها إلى المنطقة الحرة يلتزم المودع بدفع
