( تخضع الخدمات الواردة في الجدول رقم 5 ) الملحق بهذا النظام عند
بيعها أو توريدها للاستهلاك من قبل المؤسسة المسجلة في
( المنطقة التنموية للضريبة العامة على المبيعات بنسبة 7 ) من %
قيمة بيع أو توريد الخدمة ما لم تكن هذه الخدمات معفاة أو غير
خاضعة للضريبة بموجب قانون الضريبة العامة على المبيعات.
