أ - تنفيذا لأحكام هذا النظام ولأغراض تحديد مسميات السلع تعتمد جداول التعريفة الجمركية
وشروحاتها وفقا لأحكام قانون الجمارك أمـا مسميات الخدمات فيعتمد بشأنها التصنيف
الوطني للأنشطة الاقتصادية المعتمد من مجلس الوزراء وفقا للتصنيف الدولي الموحد
للأنشطة الاقتصادية.
( ب- لغايات تطبيق أحكام الفقرة )أ( من المادة 30 ) من القانون على كل مؤسسة مسجلة في
المنطقة التنمويـة أن تقدم طلباً للوزارة لتحديد الكميات من السلع والخدمات المطلوب
استيرادها أو شراؤها محليا واخضاعها للضريبة العامة بنسبة الصفر على أن تصدر الوزارة من خلال
( لجنة يشكلها الوزير لهذه الغاية قرارها بهذا الخصوص خلال 15 ) يوم عمل من تاريخ ورود الطلب
المستكمل للمتطلبات.
