Article text
أ - تستوفي الوزارة من الحاصل على الرخصة تأميناً عن الترخيص بقيمة نصف دينار عن كل متر
مربع عند قيامه بأي أعمال إعمار ضمن المنطقة وذلك لضمان التقيد بأحكام هذا النظام
( والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه شريطة أن لا يقل مبلغ التأمين عن 100 ) ( دينار ولا يزيد على 50000 )
ألف دينار وعلى أن يتم رد مبلغ الأمانات التنظيمية المستوفاة عند الترخيص وذلك من خلال
تقديم طلب إلى الوزارة بعد الحصول على إذن الإشغال وإزالة الأبنية المؤقتة والأنقاض
ومخلفات البناء في الموقع.
ب في حال نشوء أضرار من جراء عدم التقيد بأحكام هذا النظام والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه
تزيد قيمتهـا علـى قيمـة التـأمين المنصوص عليـه فـي الفقـرة (أ) من هذه المادة فللوزارة
الرجوع على الحاصل على الرخصة بقيمة الزيادة دون المساس بحق الوزارة في المطالبة
بالتعويض عن أي أضرار أخرى أمام المحاكم المختصة.
