أ- تتولى الوزارة التنسيق مع دائرة الأراضي والمساحة وأي جهة ذات علاقة لوضع الترتيبات اللازمة
لتنفيذ قرارات الاسترداد وفقا لأحكام هذا النظام.
ب- لا تستوفي دائرة الاراضي والمساحة أي رسم على الاراضي التي يتم استردادها وفقا لأحكام
هذا النظام.
