أ- يشكل الوزير لجنة للنظر في الطلبات المقدمة للاستفادة من أحكام الإعفاء أو التخفيض من
( ضريبة الدخل المستحقة وتصدر تنسيبها للوزير بالإعفاء أو التخفيض خلال 15 ) يوم عمل من تاريخ
تسلم الطلب المستكمل للمتطلبات.
ب- يسري قرار الإعفاء أو التخفيض من ضريبة الدخل المستحقة للسنة المالية التي استحقت
فيها ضريبة الدخل والتي صدر فيها قرار الإعفاء أو التخفيض.
