الاستقرار التشريعي داخل وخارج المنطقة
- لضمان عدم تأثر استثمارات أي مستثمر داخل المنطقة وخارجها بتغير الأحكام التشريعية
( والتنظيمية ولغايات تطبيق المادة 15 ) من القانون:-
أ - يحدد حجم الاستثمار من خلال بيانات مالية ختامية مدققة من مدقق خارجي.
ب - يحدد عدد العاملين الأردنيين في المشروع من خلال كشف صادر عن المؤسسة العامة
( للضمان الاجتماعي على أن لا يقل عن 250 ) عاملا أردنيا مستمرين في اشتراكاتهم في
المؤسسة العامة للضمان الاجتماعي لمدة لا تقل عن أربعة أشهر.
