يحتفظ الشريك المدير وتحت طائلة المسؤولية بسجل لتسجيل
حقوق الضمان والرهن الممنوحة من قبل الشركاء في مقر عمل
صندوق الاستثمار الخاص على أن يتم إخطار المسجل ببيانات هذا
السجل وأي تغيير يطرأ عليه أصوليا.
