يجوز تسجيل فرع عامل لصندوق الاستثمار الأجنبي المسجل خارج المملكة في سجل صناديق
الاستثمار والسماح له بممارسة اعماله ونشاطه وفق تعليمات تصدر لهذه الغاية .
