أ- يقدم طلب إذن الإقامة ورقيا أو إلكترونياً على النموذج المعتمد لهذه الغاية وتحدد الوثائق
والبيانات المطلوب إرفاقها بطلب الإقامة بموجب تعليمات يصدرها وزير الداخلية لهذه الغاية.
ب- يستوفى رسم إذن الإقامة الممنوح بمقتضى أحكام هذا النظام وفقاً لما هو منصوص عليه
في التشريعات النافذة.
