أ- تعتبر رخص المهن ورخص ممارسة النشاط الصادرة قبل نفاذ احكام هذا النظام سارية
المفعول إلى حين انتهاء المدة المحددة فيها.
ب- يعفى مقدم طلب الحصول على الرخصة من تقديم أي وثيقة سبق له ان قدمها للوزارة ولم
يطرأ عليها أي تغيير.
