أ- تستوفي الوزارة الرسوم التالية: -
1 ( - 1800 ) دينار عن تسجيل المؤسسة في المنطقة التنموية.
2 ( - 3500 ) دينار عن تسجيل المؤسسة في المنطقة الحرة دون إبرام عقد إيجار مع المطور

ب-تخفض الرسوم المشار اليها في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة الى النصف للمشاريع الصغيرة
والمتوسطة وتحدد اسس ومعايير هذه المشاريع وشروط منحها هذا التخفيض بمقتضى
تعليمات تصدر لهذه الغاية.
