إذا أنشأ تاجر فروعا أو وكالات في المملكة لمحله التجاري في الخارج ترتب عليه تقديم طلب
لتسجيل اسمه في السجل خلال
شهر من تاريخ إحداث الفرع أو إنشاء الوكالة وفقا لأحكام هذا النظام.
