أ- تعتبر الشركة المرخصة بمقتضى أحكام هذا النظام مؤسسة مالية تسري عليها أحكام قانون
البنك المركزي الأردني.
- ب 1 - للبنك بموجب أوامر خاصة أن يسمح لأي شخص اعتباري قد اجتاز متطلبات المختبر
التنظيمي لدى البنك بممارسة نشاط التمويل شريطة استكمال المتطلبات والشروط
المنصوص عليها في هذا النظام والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه وفقا للمراحل والأطر الزمنية
التي يحددها البنك.
2 ( - لغايات البند 1 ) من هذه الفقرة يقصد بالمختبر التنظيمي البيئة التجريبية الحقيقية المقيدة
الخاضعة لإشراف ورقابة البنك لإثبات صحة مفهوم المنتجات المالية الرقمية المبتكرة
وتنظيمها.
