Article text
أ- للبنك ولغايات الرقابة والإشراف على الشركة اجراء التفتيش عليها أو على أي شركة تابعة لها
أو تكليف محاسب قانوني أو استشاري يعينه لهذه الغاية على نفقة الشركة.
ب - على إدارة الشركة أن تتعاون مع البنك او أي جهة أخرى يكلفها للتفتيش عليها للاطلاع على
أي بيانات او معلومات ذات علاقة بالتفتيش.
ج- إذا تبين للبنك من خلال عمليات الرقابة والتفتيش ان هناك خللا في عمليات الشركة فللبنك
أن يعين استشاريا لمراقبة اعمال الشركة على أن يحدد في قرار تعيينه مهامه وصلاحياته وأتعابه
التي تلتزم الشركة بدفعها.
