للبنك إصدار التعليمات اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام هذا النظام بما في ذلك:-
أ- إدارة المخاطر وتصنيف الموجودات.
ب- أنظمة الضبط والرقابة الداخلية.
ج- إعداد التقارير المالية وفقاً لمعايير الإبلاغ الدولية.
د- إجراءات ومتطلبات مكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب وانتشار التسلح.
ه- التملك والاستثمار في العقارات.
و- أي قيود على ملكية الشركة أو استثماراتها.
ز- الحد الأعلى للائتمان الممنوح من الشركة لأي من أعضاء مجلس إدارتها أو هيئة الرقابة
الشرعية فيها أو إدارتها التنفيذية العليا أو لذوي العلاقة.
ح- متطلبات وضوابط عمل نشاط التمويل الجماعي القائم على الإقراض وأي أنشطة أخرى
تندرج ضمن مفهوم نشاط التمويل.
