أ- يصدر المجلس قراره بالموافقة النهائية على ترخيص الشركة خلال مدة لا تزيد على ستين يوما
( من تاريخ استكمال المتطلبات الواردة في الفقرة )د( من المادة 8 ) من هذا النظام .
ب- يكون الترخيص غير محدد المدة وغير قابل للتنازل عنه.
