أ- يقدم الاعتراض على جداول المرشحين والناخبين إلى رئيس لجنة الإشراف خلال ثلاثة أيام من
تاريخ إعلانها
( ، ويشترط أن يكون الاعتراض خطيا ومعللاً على أن يدفع بدل اعتراض مقداره 50 ) خمسون ديناراً

الغرفة
ب- تبت لجنة الإشراف في الاعتراض خلال یومین من تاریخ تقدیمھ ویكون قرارھا في ھذا الشأن
