أ- يفوز بعضوية مجلس إدارة الغرفة التجارية المرشحون الذين حصلوا على أكثر عدد من الأصوات
بالتسلسل ،
وإذا حصل اثنان أو أكثر من المرشحين الأخيرين على عدد متساو من الأصوات فتجري لجنة الإشراف
القرعة
لاختيار الفائز منهم 0
ب- يعتبر مرشح كل قطاع تجاري يفوز بأعلى الأصوات في جميع المناطق الانتخابية عضواً في
مجلس إدارة
