أ- يكون للكلمات والعبارات التالية حيثما وردت في هذا النظام المعاني المخصصة لها أدناه ما

على غير ذلك:-
القانون:قانون غرف التجارة النافذ .
الهيئة : الهيئة المستقلة للانتخاب .
لجان الإشراف: أي لجنة إشراف على الانتخابات مؤلفة بمقتضى أحكام هذا النظام.
ب- لغايات هذا النظام تعتمد التعاريف الواردة في القانون حيثما ورد النص عليها في أحكام
هذا النظام .
