أ- يؤلف مجلس إدارة الغرفة التجارية لجنة من ثلاثة من أعضائه برئاسة أمين الصندوق للإشراف
على الأمور
المالية للغرفة ومواردها .
ب- تلتزم اللجنة بتقديم تقرير مالي كل ثلاثة أشهر الى مجلس إدارة الغرفة التجارية يتضمن
تحديد الموارد
المعتمدة وصافي موجودات الصندوق .
