( أ- إذا كان عدد المؤسسات التجارية المنتسبة للغرفة التجارية 3500 ) مؤسسة تجارية فأقل فيمثل
هذه الغرفة

ب-مع مراعاة أحكام الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة ، إذا زاد عدد المؤسسات التجارية المنتسبة للغرفة
التجارية على
( 3500 ) مؤسسة فيكون لها في مجلس إدارة الغرفة ممثل إضافي واحد يختاره مجلس إدارة الغرفة
