أ- إذا تم إلغاء تصنيف المكتب أو تغيير فئة تصنيفه لفئة مكتب ذي كفالة بنكية قيمتها أقل
من قيمة كفالته المقدمة لأي سبب من الأسباب، فعلى المكتب وعلى نفقته الخاصة الإعلان
عن ذلك لمرة واحدة في صحيفتين يوميتين محليتين من الصحف الأوسع انتشاراً في المملكة أو
موقعين إخباريين إلكترونيين وفقاً لما تحدده الوزارة ، ووفق النموذج الذي تعده الوزارة لهذه
الغاية.
ب-يشمل الإعلان المشار إليه في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة الدعوة لمراجعة الوزارة بشأن أي
ادعاء أو مطالبة لهم على المكتب خلال ستين يوماً من تاريخ نشر الإعلان.
ج-إذا لم يعلن المكتب وفقاً لأحكام الفقرتين (أ) و(ب) من هذه المادة تتولى الوزارة القيام
بذلك، على أن تقتطع كلفته من الكفالة البنكية للمكتب.
